Cohoes Community Center Announces Fall Classes & Events

Tai Chi for Wellness

   No class 11/2, 11/23, or  12/7.
 
Come join veteran instructor Beth Ruggeri as she leads this introductory class of Tai Chi for Wellness.  Tai Chi fosters balance, strength and flexibility.
Discover how Tai Chi can help alleviate symptoms of arthritis, osteoporosis and diabetes.
 
Cohoes Basketball Club (CYO) Announces Registration Dates
Registration dates for the Cohoes Basketball Club have been announced.  The Club provides a recreational basketball league for boys and girls in grades 3-8, who are enrolled in the Cohoes City Schools.
 
New participants must submit a copy of a birth certificate.
 
Registration Dates Are:
 
Thurs,, September 16th 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Sat., September 18th  10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Thurs., Sept. 23rd 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
