PUBLIC COMMENTS

Bill Smith, Jay St., “I would like to know when Vliet Street is going to be finished”.

Mayor McDonald, “There has been a snag with this project; I have updated April, about 2-3 weeks ago. There is an old stormsewer, not related to the waterline project, which the cavern has been damaged. It is in the City’s best interest to repair it now. We have been negotiating with the contractor on sight for the amount of a change order; their request was unacceptable to the city. We hope to have it fixed very soon”.

At 7:25 PM, with no further business to come before the Council, the Common Council meeting was adjourned.
