At 7:01 PM a Public Hearing was conducted regarding Ordinance No. 5 for 2012 entitled:  AN ORDINANCE TO DISCONTINUE A CERTAIN PORTION OF A STREET IN THE CITY OF COHOES AS A RIGHT OF WAY FOR FUTURE USE AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY. (EUCLID STREET)
 
With no public comment being made at 7:02 PM Council Member Signoracci made a MOTION to close the public hearing, seconded by Council Member Nolin.  All members voted “AYE”.  The motion passed.
 
At 7:02 PM a Public Hearing was conducted regarding Ordinance No. 6 for 2012 entitled:  AN ORDINANCE TO DISCONTINUE A CERTAIN PORTION OF A STREET IN THE CITY OF COHOES AS A RIGHT OF WAY FOR FUTURE USE AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY (WOOD STREET)
 
With no public comment being made at 7:03 PM Council Member Nolin made a MOTION to close the public hearing, seconded by Council Member Signoracci.  All members voted “AYE”.  The motion passed.
 
At 7:03 PM a Public Hearing was conducted regarding Ordinance No. 7 for 2012 entitled:  AN ORDINANCE TO DISCONTINUE A CERTAIN PORTION OF A STREET IN THE CITY OF COHOES A RIGHT OF WAY FOR FUTURE USE AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY (SHANAHAN’S WAY)
 
With no public comment being made at 7:04 PM Council Member Turcotte made a MOTION to close the public hearing, seconded by Council Member Kennedy.  All members voted “AYE”.  The motion passed.
