A presentation was given by Peter Lynch, representative of Captain’s Lookout. Mr. Lynch stated that in July they were approved for 148 units. At that time, we did not have Smith what was then known as Smith’s Seal Coating Parcel. We changed the configuration to 142 units. The consumer stated that there is a large desire for the view of the riverfront. Another issue is the staircases; many of the consumers have requested the absence of stairs. We have come up with a plan that actually meets the market demand and environmentally softer on the site. We are going to have 5 buildings attached each with four story condominiums above a garage floor it gives us 218 covered parking spaces and 90 outside spaces for a total of 308 parking spaces it will have more green spaces and between each building there will be a courtyard, there will also be a 4,000sq. ft. clubhouse along the river. What they will be looking for is zero line setbacks when we go to the Planning Board. Council Member Primeau asked if there is access for fire trucks from the back and the front. Mr. Lynch stated that there is access in the back and the walking path in the front was designed as well for fire truck access.
