Code Enforcement Notice: Garbage Violations
I have been informed that Code Enforcement will be checking for garbage left in alleys beyond the pick-up times.
Garbage should be put out no sooner than 5:00PM
the night before weekly pick-up.
Please help keep our neighborhoods clean and avoid the following fines: $250 for 1st offense and $500 for 2nd offense.
I hope this advance reminder will prevent the imposition of these fines and make Cohoes a safer and cleaner place to live. Thank you for your cooperation.
