UNPAID WATER/SEWER RE-LEVIED TO CITY TAX BILL Water/Sewer bills will no longer be re-levied to Albany County October 15th of the same calendar year as collection.  Instead, water/sewer bills will continue to be collected in the Treasurer's Office until January 31st of the following year.  If remaining unpaid at this time, water/sewer amounts including interest will be re-levied to that year's City Tax Bill.  This re-levy of unpaid water/sewer may effect your mortgage/escrow payments.
